It's WeGotTickets' 10th Birthday on the 19th April and in the world of online ticketing that means we're really old, so we need YOU to help us celebrate! We've got two special ways lined up to mark the occasion, and this blog is the place to keep up-to-date with all the news.
Our history: Back in 2000, we were promoting a sell-out show at the Bull & Gate and decided to pioneer the use of e-tickets, selling via our online shop www.OxfordMusic.net. Thus the concept of WeGotTickets was born! The system worked so well that by 2002 we had developed a dedicated site, decided on a name for it, and offered it to other events organisers across the UK. A lot goes on behind the scenes here at WeGotTickets, but the biggest changes are still to come with further groundbreaking developments expected later this year.
